					<description>It may be of interest to know that this bill passed by the Oregon Legislature began as a project in Ethics of Diversity.   Now that we have alums as legislative assistants, projects like this &lt;em&gt;just might&lt;/em&gt; see the light of day.   The students who thought this up and worked on it and saw it come to fruition are Joel Fischer and Andy Kiyuna.</description>
