I used one for four years at my old job, and not a day goes by that I fondly look back and remember how awesome those chairs were. They're on the expensive side, but I can vouch for them being fantastic. The material is also a sort of mesh, so there's nothing to get worn out over time. Seriously, it saves the back, neck, etc., and it's cheap. It's the only thing my neurologist and physical therapist want me to sit on when at a computer. I thought it was weird at first, but it's becoming way more common. I realize this wasn't the kind of advice you were looking for probably, but just throwing it out there anyway... Two words: Yoga Ball.
