I used one for four years at my old job, and not a day goes by that I fondly look back and remember how awesome those chairs were.  They're on the expensive side, but I can vouch for them being fantastic.  The material is also a sort of mesh, so there's nothing to get worn out over time.</description>

Seriously, it saves the back, neck, etc., and it's cheap. It's the only thing my neurologist and physical therapist want me to sit on when at a computer. I thought it was weird at first, but it's becoming way more common.

I realize this wasn't the kind of advice you were looking for probably, but just throwing it out there anyway...</description>
