The blog transfer seems to be complete. I found a “find and replace” WordPresss plugin which allowed me to replace: ’ “ â€? with ‘, “, “. The plugin worked liked a charm and it actually uses sql queries to modify the database. If anyone at OSU who is running WordPress on an ONID account needs assistance with a blog migration, feel free to comment. I will try and answer as many questions as I can. I learned a lot about PHPMyAdmin, SQL Server Versions, SSH Unix commands, and SQL syntax during this process.

UPDATE: This is a test

This is a test post to make sure that everything is working correctly.

Update: The transfer from my OSU web space is almost complete. The only issue right now is that I have to do a search and replace from phpMyAdmin. Apparently, characters like ‘,”, -, and … were completely morphed into their alternate form.
