					<description>I notice that you state that the above are the competencies that you "intended" to meet through your practicum?  So, was this your learning contract then?  I would be nice to know if these competencies were identified after the fact, or beforehand.  Also, I would like to see and hear about your learning contract for the Odyssey class...I couldn't find it or may have missed it.</description>

					<description>Wow!  It sounds like you really are learning a lot.  I always enjoyed conduct hearings, but don't love the way we do it at UIC.  I much prefer the role of an RD in a conduct hearing: one-on-one with more opportunity to get to know the student and make a meaningful connection.  

BTW, we are starting an alcohol education committee within Res Life, and I saw your comment about the work that EA is doing.  Can you email me more info?  Thanks!</description>
